 Batch Mode won't extract some subtitle tracks

I’ve attached a MKV file with 12 subtitle tracks and MKVcleaver detects all of them.
Extracting them using Non-Batch-Mode works as expected, but using Batch Mode, it will only extract tracks number 1, 10, 11 and 12. Tracks 2-9 will be immidiately skipped without any warning in the log.
