Description Has only happened to me recently, Reinstalled Windows 10 to fix but still no. Old versions from 2016 and latest versions. On all attempts to split subtitles I get the message Could Not Get Any Information From MKVmerge, please install latest version. Tried to find in forum but could not post there due to 5 day waiting time. |

Are you using the latest version of MKVCleaver and the latest version of MKVToolNix ?
Are you able to send me the file that you are having issues with ? Go to https://ft.sapib.ca, you will be able to upload files up to 20G in size.
