Description mkvcleaver cannot open database file error 3 ———————————————– Mediainfo dll but once i have that dll in the same directory, then i try to run it and it seems that it’s working, now when i try to extract a subtitle i get this error: Errors were encountered while extracting tracks See the log file for details. But there is no log file to check. |

That’s most likely becuase MKVCleaver cannot write to the folder where its keeping its own files.
The easiest way to test it would be to create a path C:\Apps\MKVCleaver and copy the executable there then run it.
Also, you can just install MediaInfo package on your system and MKVCleaver should find it. No need to copy MediaInfo.dll, unless you want it that way.
Alright thanks for the tips, i finally made it work, but was a bit tricky, i had to run MKVCleaver for the first time with the Mediainfo.dll already there inside MKVtoolnix-gui, and also in a non system folder, so i made it in any other folder and is now working well.
Greetings.
Glad it worked for you.
