MKVcleaver ignores "Do not check for updates" setting

Description

When I set "Do not check for updates" setting, MKVcleaver ignores it. It writes Auto=0 to ini file, but on next launch, autoupdate is on again. Checking for updates causes delay 2-4 seconds every time the program starts, which is very frustrating. And it does not find updates anyway, although they exist (like now, I've had v0700, there was v0701 available, but I was not notified about it).

Yes, the ini file setting is ignored. A minor omission in the code is the cause.

However, it does find the updates.

Your firewall maybe blocking MKVCleaver from checking for updates. Please add it to white list in your firewall settings. If you want to be really strict then only port 53 is required to 8.8.8.8 and port 443 to private.sapib.ca.
