 Windows 10 64 Bit, convert h264 to avi not working

Description

On my W10 system, with the 64 bit software, converting h264 to avi is not working. Only extracting the wav and h264 from the mkv file. No error message. I dont know why it is not working on my w10 maschine. Codecs are installed.

    What’s the codec for the video file ?
