Description Hello Sheck, This is a feature request for MKVCleaver. Is it possible for you to implement a feature in MKVCleaver to batch extract the Segment UID value from many files and redirect the output to a text file? — file1.mkv Segment UID: 0x01 0x02 etc… file2.mkv Segment UID: 0x01 0x02 etc.. — I'm trying to do a chapter-only MKV file and need to find out the segment UID of 50+ .mkv files. Such a feature would help a lot. Thanks for considering. TSR

I will look into it. Shouldn’t be too much work (I hope).

As for the timeline, I’m working on the next version right now. So maybe a few weeks, at the most.

  Yes, it will be soon. Can’t give a specific timeline, but it will be from a couple of weeks to a few weeks.
  
  The new version has a lot of code rewritten so it’s taking longer than I expected.

You can extract Segment UIDs in the new version. I went with the xml files, one per file, as to conform to Matroska specs.
