Description

works fine with lokal files but auto(???) restart when using files from a mapped Network drive – SAMBA Connection to a linux server. worked fine till i found and removed some malware ….

    Hi,

    I cannot reproduce this error. It works fine with my samba server.

    I will need more information.
    1. What distro are you running and which version of Samba ?
    2. What version of Windows are you running to connect to Samba ?
    3. Does the same happen with big and small mkv files (could be network timeout or buffer issues) ?
    4. Which version of Samba protocol is being used ?
