MKVExtract is now using json formatted options file. I’ve been aware of this for a while and have already implemented the json format in the upcoming version of MKVCleaver.

I can confirm this problem. Since installing MKVToolnix 10, every time I try to extract it fails with the log entry “Error: Nothing to do. Extraction failed”
mkvtoolnix 10, the version check for it will get number 1 instead of 10. The version check error causes extracting failure because lower version forces the audio setting to be set to raw flac then the deprecated option –no-ogg is added to command line following the input file name without any space

The version check is fixed in the upcoming version of MKVCleaver and –no-ogg parameter will be completely removed.
