Description

When I attempt to extract the chapters from a MKV (created with Handbrake if it matters), I receive the following errors:

Extracting Items -(error)
Error: The file 'C:\Program Files\MKVcleaver 64 bit\mkv_cmd1.txt' could not be opened for reading: open file error.
Extraction failed
