Description Hi Guy, |
Comments are closed.
I will need more information.
The contents of your custom.ini file.
The log for the files that didn’t extract.
How can I reproduce the issue ? Does this happen all the time for the same files or does it happen randomly for random files ?
Pelase email me, if you feel that you do not want to post this information here.
Where can i find the *.ini file? How can i do reg and send you the log file?
When it happen into the batch mod column appear only £attachements” to Segment UID” option and in the single file column under the file the remainder tracks.
It’s not randomly, but only with the same files.
If you’re using the installer version then the ini file will be in C:\Users\%your user name%\AppData\Local\MKVCleaver. For the portable version is will be in the same directory as the main executable.
You can find the log under Tools->View Log.
Please do the following:
1. Go to Settings->Log Settings.
2. Set “This Session” for “Filter Log Lines:” and save.
3. Open the MKV files you are having issues with and extract what you need.
4. Go to Tools->View Log.
5. Highlight all the log lines with your mouse and then Ctrl+C.
6. Paste (Ctrl+V) the log here.
7. Paste the contents of custom.ini as well.
This is the log of the anime series “Escaflowne”. Ep.01 is ok, Ep.02 nothing to do.
I mail you the *.ini file

I reviewed your ini file and the log you posted and there is nothing noticeably wrong in there.
I’m going to send you a link where you can upload the file that causes the problem.
Norberto found the problem to be an apostrophe in the file name.
This will be fixed in the next version.
Thanks Norberto.
Norberto,
Please test the latest version.
Ok
Haven’t heard back.
Assuming bug is resolved.
