A firewall on your PC must be blocking update check. You can either allow MkvCleaver access to the internet or disable update checker.

I missed the second issue you reported.

Are you saying that if you extract 13 or 25 files then it works ? Only 12 or 24 that cause the issue ?

Thank you for my 1st problem, that’s work.

      For 2nd problem:
Actually, when i extract over 10 files, sometime they crashed at 99% of total. But if i extract file without attachments, thay have no issue.

What OS do you have ?
Can you create folders manually in the destination where MKVCleaver is extracting the attachment ?

Maybe try running MKVCleaver with Admin rights and see if the issue persists.
