Error during extracting subs and audio

With the new version of Mkvtoolnix 10. The extract files from mkv subtitles and the audio don't work.
avi converter wrong picture height

AVI corrupt 1088 header makes MKVmerge generate corrupt unplayable MKVs. Please correct this issue. MKVcleaver is unusable if resulting AVIs are corrupt. Thanks.
